Lead & Creative Producer of SLAP&TICKLE, Tommaso Cartia, and Boundless Theater, invite you to join us at Enoteca HK for a celebratory, sexy, and seriously delicious End-of-Summer Party & Fundraiser supporting SLAP&TICKLE, the bold new queer play and theatrical experience written by David James Parr and directed by Chad Austin, Producing Artistic Director of Abingdon Theatre, as we continue our Road to Off-Broadway 2027.

And there’s an extra reason to celebrate: it’s also David James Parr’s birthday! 🎂🏳️‍🌈

Set against Enoteca’s sophisticated tapas menu—and its legendary collection of 300 gins—we’ll toast to the final days of summer, the power of queer storytelling, and a bold new theatrical experience heading toward an Off-Broadway premiere during Pride Month, June 2027.

Proceeds from the evening will support our crowdfunding campaign and the continued development of SLAP&TICKLE.‍

ABOUT SLAP&TICKLE‍ ‍
Described as Cats: The Jellicle Ball meets The Inheritance with surprising immersive elements, SLAP&TICKLE is a darkly funny, seductive, and thought-provoking new queer play set in 2010 at The Sanctuary, the last standing gay bathhouse in New York City.

The play immerses audiences in the lives of a group of transgenerational queer characters on a journey of sexual awakening and self-discovery. From the raw intimacy of bathhouse culture and sex clubs to the rise of social media and dating apps, SLAP&TICKLE explores the queer community’s evolving quest for connection, identity, and the timeless human need for belonging.
